Citizen's Military Band (1902)

A photograph of the Citizen's Military Band in Glassboro, NJ organized on December 12, 1902. This band was a multiracial social club. On the back of the photograph, the following names are handwritten:

Robert Stoll, John Cake, (first name not known) Younghans, Jack Wood. Harvey Mick Harry Schurdtle, Dr. Duffield, Burr Tomlin, Oscar Caspersin, (First name not clear) Abbott, Walter Chew Dick Brown, Harvey Abbott, John Campbell, (First name not known) Wheelock, Fred Younghans

*Please note the order of the names does not appear to match the number of men in this photo.

This photograph was captured behind the Academy Street School sometime before February 1917 when the school was destroyed by a suspicious fire.
