These are documents covering Chestnut Ridge Estates, a neighborhood in Glassboro, New Jersey. The first document is a 1910 advertsement from A.E. Mueller & Co., the real estate company in charge of the early development of the neighborhood, targeted towards builders and people looking to build. The document is focused on the short distance to a train station that would take residents to Philadelphia "within 39 minutes!" The second document is from the Centennial celebration of Chestnut Ridge Estates, and focuses on the history of the neighborhood.
